The finest of his offerings are known as the Director's Cut series. More recently, Mr. Coppola has produced Burgundian-style wines under the name Votre Santé, as a tribute to his French grandmother. Additionally, the company has always been a leader in promoting sustainable winemaking, even going to far as to construct their winery exclusively from re-used lumber. In wine, attention to detail is everything, and Coppola Wines are detail-focused from bud to bottle.
